Geografico Chianti Classico 2021
Made very much in the classical style, this Chianti harkens back to the early days of the historical cooperative. In fact the first vintage was 1962. The fruit comes from the area surrounding Siena and shows the typical aromas of mammola (violets) on the nose with well-structured tannins on the palate. The wine sees 12 months in large format oak, of which 10% is new.
