The grapes are biodyamically grown by a friend and neighbour (the only of Foradori’s wines which isn’t estate grown). After destemming the whole berries spend 8 months on the skins in 400L terracotta amphorae. Copper coloured with a distinctive tannic grip, floral aromas and stunning length, this wine will completely redefine your thinking and perception of Pinot Grigio.
